Since August of 2024, our organization has proudly operated out of our current building under a rental agreement. During that time, we have worked together to transform the space—cleaning out the building, maintaining utilities such as heat and electricity, and handling ongoing upkeep and improvements. This facility has played a major role in the growth and success of our athletes and programs.
As part of our original agreement, there was a path in place for us to purchase the building from the Glen Aubrey Fire Company. However, as many people might have seen on social media and other outlets, the Fire Company has decided to pursue a different process that they believe is in the best interest of their organization. We fully respect their decision and remain incredibly grateful for their partnership and for the opportunity to use the building over the past nearly two years. Their support has been instrumental in helping us build what we have today.
With this change, our organization is now at an important decision point.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
Share the current situation and what it means for our program
Discuss potential paths forward, including pursuing the building or exploring alternative options
Review possible contingency plans to ensure continued stability for our athletes
Gather feedback, questions, and input from our families
This will be an open and transparent discussion, and we truly value the voices of our families as we work through this process. While the Board will ultimately be responsible for making the final decision, it is important to us that we do so with a full understanding of the perspectives and priorities of those who are directly impacted—our players and their families.
We are approaching this conversation with an open mind and a commitment to doing what is best for the long-term success and sustainability of our organization. Our goal is to ensure that, regardless of the path chosen, we continue to provide strong, consistent opportunities for our athletes.
We strongly encourage all families to attend, ask questions, and be part of the discussion.
This is to be held in person at the Eagles Cage Training Center, 1108 Nanticoke Road, Lisle NY 13797 on April 26th, 2026, at 7 pm.
